My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, although not ready on time, were ultimately clean and comfortable, featuring double beds and a functioning fireplace. The service, especially from Kylie and Michael, was outstanding despite some initial hiccups. The location was excellent, offering a peaceful stay away from downtown but within easy reach. However, the dining experience was a letdown, lacking variety and pricing above the value received.

My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms, while not overly fancy, were comfortable and clean. However, our room wasn't ready upon our 4 pm arrival, and it got a bit cold. The service was excellent with very friendly and accommodating staff, although there were some communication issues regarding room readiness. The location was good, walking distance to Banff center, but there were noisy guests at times. The dining experience was average with room for improvement in the menu variety. Despite some downsides, I enjoyed the facilities during my stay.

The dining options were a bit pricey but of good quality. The hotel facilities were great, making the stay comfortable and convenient.
