Reviews and Ratings
I had a cozy and comfortable stay at the hotel. The rooms felt a bit dated but were spacious and had a warm fireplace for those cold nights. The service was exceptional, with the staff being courteous and helpful. The location was relaxing, away from noise but close enough to walk to downtown easily. The dining options were good but a bit pricey. Overall, a pleasant experience with great comfort and service.
The hotel offers well-appointed rooms that were smaller in size with a disappointing view initially. The service from the staff was incredibly friendly and approachable. The location, while good and near downtown, had occasional disturbances from rowdy guests. The dining options were decent but nothing exceptional, and the availability of room alterations was appreciated.
The hotel is slightly removed from the busy downtown but still walkable. The rooms felt a bit dated but were suitable for Christmas parties. The service was exceptional, especially Jacob the concierge. The location is close to shopping and convenience stores on Banff Avenue. Dining experience had available options to purchase in the restaurant. Overall, the hotel offers a mixed experience with some areas for improvement.
Our stay at the hotel was delightful overall. The rooms were very traditional but had plenty of space for our family of four. We loved having a door opening out onto a courtyard and the cozy fireplace room. However, the price was a bit on the higher side for what was offered.
Upon checking in, I noticed some coffee rings on the window sill, which was a bit off-putting. The rooms are a bit dated and dark, and the absence of microwaves could be inconvenient, especially for families. On the bright side, the room was quiet, comfortable, very clean, and boasted a lovely big bathroom.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, although not ready on time, were ultimately clean and comfortable, featuring double beds and a functioning fireplace. The service, especially from Kylie and Michael, was outstanding despite some initial hiccups. The location was excellent, offering a peaceful stay away from downtown but within easy reach. However, the dining experience was a letdown, lacking variety and pricing above the value received.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms, while not overly fancy, were comfortable and clean. However, our room wasn't ready upon our 4 pm arrival, and it got a bit cold. The service was excellent with very friendly and accommodating staff, although there were some communication issues regarding room readiness. The location was good, walking distance to Banff center, but there were noisy guests at times. The dining experience was average with room for improvement in the menu variety. Despite some downsides, I enjoyed the facilities during my stay.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful! The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making my visit even more enjoyable. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from shops and restaurants. Although the dining was not exceptional, the overall experience was superb.
The hotel had the nicest rooms during our stay, and the bell person at the start was informative about the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, featuring two double beds and a functioning imitation wood fireplace. The larger room with a combined bedroom/sitting area and fireplace was lovely. The overall service was outstanding, with Kylie and Michael always being helpful and smiling. The location was excellent, just a leisurely 10-minute walk to shops and restaurants in downtown Banff. The dining options were a bit pricey but of good quality. The hotel facilities were great, making the stay comfortable and convenient.
The hotel offers spacious and quiet rooms that are obviously well maintained, though the price did not include parking or meals. The service provided was incredible and accommodating, exceeding UK standards. The location is excellent, a leisurely 10-minute walk to shops and restaurants, marred only by occasional disturbances. The dining experience, although reasonably priced, lacked variety in the food options. The facilities were well-appointed and modern, creating a comfortable stay overall.
The hotel had lovely rooms, especially after a day of skiing, and the bell person at the start of our stay provided great advice about the place and hotel. The rooms were huge, comfortable, but had some issues with heating. The hotel offers good value for money.
The hotel's location is convenient, close to shopping and restaurants. While the rooms were comfortable, the lack of proper lighting made the stay somewhat stuffy. The friendly service was a highlight, but the dining experience didn't meet expectations.
